	Desmond Miles ☆ wassa_matta_you - [No Longer Present] "Enigmatic. The man knew me, yet I didn't know him. I saw in his eyes, however, a familiarity - something I still can't deny." Desmond Miles was a man Ziio met once and through a single meeting, she knew very well there was much more than what he was willing to tell her. A man of secrets, or perhaps more like a stumbling mess of words, he struck a chord with her that she never truly got to understand or to indulge in. As fate would have it, Desmond left before she had the opportunity to fill in the empty spaces he created.
	Gordon Freeman ☆ trustycrowbar "An unforetold complication. I enjoy his company, however. The man is of some import, though the reason as to why escapes me." Meeting Gordon was a case of the overly curious scientist discovering a new breed of flower in the academy's furthest corner veil of trees. The man is respectful of her, still ever intrigued by the enigmatic way she carries herself, and though she had thought (and attempted to convince herself) that he was next to nothing to her, Ziio can't very well claim that as truth. Where her feelings stand regarding him are complicated, however, and there's plenty she hasn't told him. But she can admit - at least to herself - that having his company isn't something she wants to do without.
	Haytham Kenway ☆ tacohat "A secret that I keep in the very depths of my heart. My feelings for Haytham consistently seem to flare up when we see one another." The history between Haytham and Ziio is intensely complicated. Complicated enough that they have a son together and a plethora of familial issues. Even more complicating is the idea that despite that past, Ziio doesn't have enough power over her heart to claim that she outright hates him. Ziio loves Haytham a great deal, cares for him, worries about him, concerns for his well being, and in her own way, still wants to save him from what she think could be a grim lifestyle. But there are other things preventing her from being so forward with him about it.
	Jonathan Talbain ☆ jonny_talbain "The man, the wolf. An intriguing member of the academy. Wisely I keep my eye on him in the event that he may be a threat." In crossing paths with him, Ziio found mostly an entirely different world. He was one of the first people she met in the academy and despite having a better understanding of how things work and just how many years are between her and the age of the present day world, she's still often a little stunned that beings like Jon can exist. A man with the ability to transform into a wolf, or vice versa (something she still hasn't figured out), she's unsure if she should label him an ally or an enemy.
	Ratonhnhaké:ton ☆ mohawk_tomahawk "The son I was forced to leave behind. This life has been kind to me, but I am unable to undo the damage wrought upon him." Ratonhnhaké:ton is really Ziio's most treasured possession. The boy she unfortunately left behind has grown into this admirable man and while she's filled with a motherly pride, she's also overcome with a great deal of disappointment. He reminds her of where she's failed, of the things she could have prevented if she'd only been alive, and of the life she quite possibly could have had with Haytham. Knowing she can't make up for any of that and that she's incapable of filling in the holes she left inadvertently, she can only watch him take his own wings and grow as a person. Yet when he should need her, she makes herself available. Stubbornly so, at that.
	Vinnie [Venusaur] ☆ punchtheflowers "Intriguing and farfetched. I understand him very little, but I feel a degree of ease in his company." Vinnie went to Ziio looking for guidance and they wound up bonding over the conservation of nature. She agreed to sponsor the idea of making a committee at the academy dedicated to the protection of nature and wilderness- like the natural habitats outside of the academy ground. She finds some similarities between him and her son, which is likely a lot of the reason that she is so comfortable with him in her midst.
